“At the end of the day, it’s not about what you have or even what you’ve accomplished. It’s about what you’ve done with those accomplishments. It’s about whom you’ve lifted up, whom you’ve made better. It’s about what you’ve given back. Don’t aspire to make a living, aspire to make a difference.”
- Denzel Washington
Restore Our Country | rOc
Restore Our Country (rOc) is a grassroots 501c3 nonprofit organization that is focused on inspiring everyday people to come together to do extraordinary things for their communities. rOc was created in 2018, as a response to the constant negativity that has come to dominate our modern-day society. We wanted to shift the focus to the issues and concerns that matter, while also highlighting the many positive things going on around us.
Our mission IS your mission. At rOc, we strive to create a trusted community of evolutionary activists who are invested in supporting meaningful efforts in creating a brighter future. Through our community outreach program, we provide a platform that recognizes those individuals and organizations who are working to develop positive social and economic solutions for the voiceless and underserved members of our society. In order to see change, we must make change. rOc people are the "change-formers" of this epic point in world history and hold the keys to a promising tomorrow. Our mission IS your mission. Therefore, let’s rOc now, not later!
Our Vision: To become one and get things done. We do this in two ways: 1) helping communities by providing employment and financial education opportunities via our rOc Hauls All junk removal services and 2) recognizing, connecting with and shining a spotlight on those organizations, groups, and individuals that are actively working to meet the needs in their communities through our "Community rOcStar Outreach Program". A percentage of proceeds from sales of our merchandise, private donations and corporate sponsorship's will provide selected community "rOcstars" with a contribution to their cause in order to enhance their movements for change.
